Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Please read these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy carefully before submitting a carrier onboarding application to Eischeid Trucking Brokerage LLC. This page combines both our service terms and our privacy practices in plain language.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and submitting a carrier onboarding application to Eischeid Trucking Brokerage LLC ("the Company", "we", or "us"), you ("the Carrier" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not submit an application or use this site.
2. Services Provided
The Company provides logistics setup and support services to independent carriers, including dedicated freight lanes, dispatch assistance, trailer rental, TWIC card application support, commercial insurance setup, and factoring registration. All services are subject to a separate Carrier Agreement executed during onboarding. Nothing on this site constitutes a guarantee of loads, income, or specific lane assignments.
3. Carrier Representations
By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that all information provided — including company name, MC/DOT authority, driver details, and contact information — is accurate, current, and complete. You affirm that you maintain active motor carrier authority and valid insurance as required by law. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of any agreement and forfeiture of fees paid.
4. Independent Contractor Status
Nothing in these Terms or any Carrier Agreement creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and the Company. You are an independent contractor operating under your own authority and are solely responsible for your operations, equipment, personnel, taxes, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Fees and Refunds
The $299 dedicated lane setup fee is refundable after the Carrier completes their first delivery arranged by the Company. All other service fees are non-refundable once service has begun. Fees and service offerings are subject to change; any fee changes apply only to new applications submitted after the change takes effect.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any loss of income due to delays, market rate fluctuations, missed loads, legal penalties, or broker cancellations. Our role is limited to logistics setup and support services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or any Carrier Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by you to the Company.
7. Privacy Policy — Information We Collect
We collect the information you voluntarily provide through the onboarding form, including company name, carrier full name, MC and DOT numbers, driver name and phone number, dispatch company, email address, selected services, and payment/payout preferences. We do not collect sensitive financial account credentials through this website.
8. Privacy Policy — How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to process and review your onboarding application, contact you regarding your application and available lanes, set up the services you select, and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. We may also use your email to send you operational updates related to your agreement.
9. Privacy Policy — Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information with service providers who help us operate (such as factoring companies, insurance providers, or payment processors) strictly to fulfill the services you selected, and when required by law or legal process.
10. Privacy Policy — Data Retention & Security
We retain your application information for as long as needed to provide the requested services and to meet legal recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Privacy Policy — Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing broker@eischeidtrucking.com. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and any Carrier Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal and state laws governing motor carrier transportation. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
