Eischeid Trucking Brokerage LLC is a licensed freight brokerage that places small truck owners on dedicated lanes with daily freight. We work with carriers running 9-foot, 16-foot, and 24-foot trucks — the box trucks, cargo vans, and smaller vehicles that large brokerages often leave out of their routing guides. Our job is to keep those trucks loaded with consistent, recurring volume instead of leaving drivers to chase one-off spot market loads.
What this portal does
This carrier portal is the onboarding path for new carriers. In one session and without creating an account, a carrier submits their company and authority details (MC and DOT numbers), selects the services they want, designates how the refundable dedicated lane setup deposit will be paid, and signs the carrier agreement electronically. Once submitted, the application is reviewed and the carrier is contacted with lane assignments and next steps, normally within one to two business days. The portal exists so that a driver can complete everything that used to require printing, scanning, and mailing paperwork — from a phone, in a truck stop, in a single sitting.

The portal is built for owner-operators and small fleets: a single driver with one 16-foot box truck, a two-truck operation running local Midwest routes, or a carrier with active MC/DOT authority and commercial insurance who wants steady weekly loads rather than unpredictable spot freight. If you hold your own authority and can commit to running a lane consistently, this program was designed with you in mind.
Who builds and runs the program
The program is operated directly by Eischeid Trucking Brokerage LLC (MC-554393), headquartered at 32390 454th St, Motley, Minnesota 56466. The portal itself is designed, built, and maintained in-house by the brokerage, which means the same team that answers carrier questions is the team that assigns lanes, coordinates dispatch support, and processes onboarding applications. There is no outsourced call center between a carrier and the people who manage their freight.
The $299 dedicated lane setup fee is refundable after the carrier completes their first delivery arranged by Eischeid Trucking Brokerage LLC. Other service fees are non-refundable once service begins.
